After days and days of leaving many members anxiously waiting to see whether they made it into the core of team 2 i have made my decisions on who i feel will make the most out of the opportunity and will do the whole team proud.
I have spent a few days watching potential members, and along with fellow managers have chosen a core team based on many attributes. To help you understand what the clan expects from it's members here are the things i have been keeping a close eye on over the past few days.
Player Activeness - The more i have seen you on vent, playing, mixing and bonding with clan members, the more chance you have. Teamwork - Listening to your caller and playing as a team and not a group of individuals Communication - Knowing when to talk in a game and using your mouth when needed and not trailing. Game sense - How well you know the game and are effective at playing it Aim - Obviously the factor of the better aim the better chance you have
These are the main things i have looked at whilst picking the Roster and after consulting Rabbit we have come up with, what we think, is the best team.

Well done to everybody who made it and sorry to everybody that didn't. These players were picked as I feel they fit the criteria we need the most.
I f i think someone is underachieving, or not meeting the requirements above, i will not hesitate in dropping you and giving another player the opportunity, as i you guys have seen already.. So good luck guys, there will be a couple of back ups added to the team guys which is undecided.
